HTC could suck a lot of oxygen out of the room at the fourth generation iPhone announcement in June with a well executed PR/Legal strategy painting HTC as the scrappy innovative underdog and Apple as the abusive IP stealing Goliath

For the record, I’d like to point out that my blog post pre-dates Jon’s awesome bit by a handful of hours. I’m not saying that JON STEWART GOT THE IDEA FOR THE BIT FROM MY BLOG POST.
