Navigating Dial-by-Name IVR systems from your Smartphone

I love, love, love Smartphones, for all the obvious reasons. But, one of the things that I sometimes find annoying is the lack of the alphabet overlay on the numeric keypad when I’m trying to navigate a dial-by-name IVR system. It’s agonizing to have to try to go through the alphabet in my head so that I can push the right sequence of numbers to spell someone’s name. I decided to go to the trouble of making a little sticker, with the old-style keypad with the letters on digits 2 through 9, to put on the back of my Smartphone.
